Danspiration Classical Kathak Academy, founded and directed by Guru Rupa Bhattacharyya, operates as a recognized, affiliated training institution and authorized examination sub-center for Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad (Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh).

02Confidential Zero-Fee Policy & Financial Privacy Escrow
In strict alignment with the timeless Guru-Shishya tradition, Danspiration upholds a strict Zero-Fee Privacy Policy across all student touchpoints. Classical dance is a sacred sadhana, not a transactional commodity.
Core Financial Invariants:
1. Masked Student Ledger: Student identity cards, mobile portals, monthly attendance rosters, and student-facing notifications are strictly prohibited from displaying currency numbers or billing figures. Students view a respectful binary status: "Paid (✓)" or "Pending Due (⏱)".
2. Equality Among Shishyas: Whether a dancer receives a full 100% merit scholarship, a discretionary concession, or regular guardian sponsorship, no peer student or instructor may view financial disparities in the dance hall.
3. Encrypted Administrative Audit Escrow: Financial accounting, bank transfers, offline cash ledgers, and discretionary waivers granted by Guru Rupa are logged in encrypted, timestamped audit logs (`fee_waiver_audits` & `payment_logs`) accessible exclusively by the Principal Super-Admin.
03Anti-Upload Policy & Live WebRTC Child Protection (POCSO / DPDP Aligned)
The vast majority of our dancers range from young prodigies (Age 4) to adolescent teens. To safeguard them against identity theft, morphed photos, deepfakes, or unauthorized file distribution, Danspiration enforces a strict Anti-Upload Protocol.
• Zero File Drop: No input file tag or image file upload exists on candidate registration screens. Student profiles require a direct, in-browser Live WebRTC Camera Snapshot with human eye/shoulder alignment.
• Mandatory Guardian Consent: For any dancer under the age of 18, verifiable guardian consent, emergency contact numbers, and parent relationship records are legally mandatory prior to KYD approval.
• No Unauthorized Social Media Monetization: Riyaaz practice footage and backstage trial recordings are strictly confidential. Concert performance footage is archived exclusively through official academy documentary channels.
04Studio Decorum, Ghungroo Puja & Darbar Etiquette
The dance floor is consecrated ground (Natya Mandir). All students, faculty, and visiting performers are bound by the following conservatory code:
- Ghungroo Sanctity: Bells must never be stepped over or handled with casual disregard. Every dancer must perform Pranam and Ghungroo Puja before fastening them to ankles.
- Dress Code: Pristine White or Ivory Lucknowi Anarkali or Kurta-Churidar with neatly pinned Dupatta. Dancers must tie hair into a tidy classical bun (juda) with flowers/clips.
- Barefoot Stage Sanctity: Outdoor shoes, sneakers, and slippers are strictly barred at the studio entryway to protect the polished sprung wooden dance floors.
- Punctuality & Laya: Dancers arriving more than 15 minutes late after the initial guru-vandana will observe the class from the side gallery to preserve rhythmic discipline.
05Choreographic Copyright & 100 Troupe Repertoire Ownership
All original bols, tihais, chakradhar parans, tarana compositions, and stage choreography created for the 100 Troupe Roster (including Anant Goonj, Chhanda Tarang, etc.) are the proprietary intellectual property of Guru Rupa Bhattacharyya and Danspiration Academy.
Students and troupe dancers are granted performance rights during official conservatory concerts and accredited board examinations. Commercial reproduction, unauthorized third-party instruction, or redistribution of proprietary audio lehra synthesizers without prior written consent from the Principal is strictly prohibited.
